ATTENDED FUNERAL (funeral director’s charges only)

The funeral director can give you a full list of what they can supply. They are likely to charge for these additional products and services, so you may choose to take care of some arrangements without their involvement, or you can use a different supplier.

1. This fee (which is sometimes called the interment fee) is the charge made for digging and closing a new grave, or for reopening and closing an existing grave.

2. In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, you will usually need to pay doctors’ fees as well. This is the charge for two doctors to sign the Medical Certificates for Cremation.

Carried out by experienced professionals with dignity and sensitivity, it can provide reassurance to families by helping maintain a natural appearance for viewing, visitation, or funeral services. This gentle preparation allows family and friends the opportunity to spend meaningful time together and say goodbye in a peaceful and comforting setting. Every step is undertaken with the utmost care, respect, and consideration for your loved one and your family’s wishes.
Floral Tributes Flowers can be a beautiful and meaningful way to express love, remembrance, and farewell. We can arrange a wide range of floral tributes on your behalf, working with trusted local florists to create designs that reflect your wishes and honour your loved one. Available tributes include floral hearts, pillows, wreaths, lettered arrangements, oasis tributes, and coffin sprays ranging from 3ft to 6ft in length. Burials Our funeral director’s fee for a burial is £1,525, which includes our professional services, a hearse, and a coffin. The total cost of a burial will depend on several factors, including where the burial is taking place, the interment fees charged by the cemetery or churchyard, whether the grave is a new purchase or a reopening of an existing grave, and whether there will be a service before the burial and where that service is held.
